The Wedding Wing at Hotel Hartington offers a dedicated space to accommodate the needs of weddings and special events, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience for guests and the bridal party. This includes a makeup/get-ready area for the bridal party and large gathering spaces in each of the 4 wings with the lodging rooms.

The Lobby and Ballroom at Hotel Hartington showcase some of the original features from 1917, providing a unique and historic atmosphere for events. Seating capacity is up to 200 in the Ballroom and up to about 150 in the Speakeasy.

The Hotel Hartington Speakeasy bar in the basement blends modern touches with vintage inspiration, offering a unique and stylish setting for guests. Includes 4 large flat screen TV’s. A 6 speaker Sonos surround sound system with Hulu Live. An Ipad station for guests to choose their own music at their leisure along with comfortable seating.

We are only able to take wedding wing only reservations closer to the date of the event. The Hotel Hartington needs to do our best to keep the wedding wing open for Wedding parties that are renting out the full hotels lodging and event space. Can check in with us a couple of months prior to your event to see if the Wedding Wing is still available.

We can and do take single bedroom reservations. We typically don’t take single bedroom reservations the day of or very short notice so please inquire sooner than later. We also can’t reserve a single bedroom far into the future due to how the hotel is laid out.

There are 4 wings on floor 2 and 3 that consist of 17 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Each wing has its own large living room area with a large flat screen TV with Hulu Live and a voice activated Alexa for playing soft music during your stay. There is a coffee station, mini fridge, couches, chairs, and eating area/table in each wing. The wedding wing/suite/bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and king size bed. The other wings bathrooms are across from the bedroom for access.
